                     Today the case is fixed for filing evidence by the Complainant. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that on the instructions of the Complainant, he withdraws the present complaint.

                     Heard. In view of the statement made by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance .
