ORDER

 

  On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant after November, 2022. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Today is the 3^rd consecutive hearing on which complainant is not present. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
