                   File taken up today on the Miscellaneous Application No.213 of 2023 filed by learned counsel for the applicants-complainants seeking permission for withdrawal of the present complaint

2.                Heard on the Miscellaneous Application No.213 of 2023. Keeping in view the contents of the application as well as the contentions raised by learned counsel for the applicants-complainant, the same stands allowed. Miscellaneous Application No.213 of 2023 is hereby disposed off accordingly.

3.                Mr. Munish Kapila, learned counsel for the complainants has also suffered a statement that as per the instructions of the complainants,he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint at this stage His statement in this regard recorded separately.

4.                In pursuance of the statement suffered by Mr. Munish Kapila, learned counsel for the complainants, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
