Heard and Record Perused.

From the perusal of documents enclosed with the complaint it is revealed that the complainant has purchased two insurance policies and maturity year of the policies is 2026 and 2029 respectively. There is no deficiency on the part of insurance/ company and as per documents placed on record the complainant has to deposit premium amount. The complaint, at this stage, appears to be not maintainable. There are allegations of fraud against the officials of insurance/ company. This Forum is not supposed to decide the matter of fraud, hence the complaint is dismissed. The file after due completion be consigned to Record Room. If not registered, be registered.
