It is stated by the complainant, vide separate statement placed on file, that there are technical defects in the complaint and he will file the fresh after removing the defects, hence complaint be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh on the same cause of action.

        In view of the statement of complainant, the complaint in hand is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file a fresh on the same cause of action, if permissible under the law. The original documents i.e. notice, postal receipt, legal notice be returned to the complainant after retaining photo copies of the same and against proper receipt. The file after due completion be consigned to the Record Room.
