Further the complainant submits that they are going to settled the case at Rs.12,000/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand) by as full and final satisfaction of claim. Copy served to the OP with no objection. Heard the prayer. The submissions of both parties are allowed. In view of the above the OP- TATA AIG Insurance Co. Ltd. Is hear by directed to settle the case at Rs.12,000/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand)by within 30days from the date of receipt of this order failing which interest @12% P.a. Shall be changed order the said amount from the date of filing of the case i.e. 22.06.2018 till realization. Accordingly C.C. is closed.
