                        Statement of both the parties recorded separately.  In view of the statement of the parties, the complaint is directed to furnish all the required documents to the OP and the OP is directed to decide the claim of the complainant on merits within 90 days from the date of submission of the documents.  The occupation of the complainant will not be issue to decide the claim of the complainant.

                        Both the parties shall be bound by their statement.  With this direction, the complaint of the complainant is disposed of. File be consigned to the records.
