Hon'ble National Commission passed order dated 7.12.2015 vide which the Hon'ble National Commission has stayed the operation of the impugned order of the Hon'ble State Commission subject to deposit of 50% of the award amount i.e.Rs. 4,08,965/- with this Forum as the respondent has already deposited 50% of the award amount. Now the respondent has deposited Rs.4,08,965/- through demand draft bearing No.055803 dated 6.10.2015 in this Forum. As such, This Forum cannot proceed further with this execution application. So, this application is dismissed being infructuous. Applicant shall be at liberty to file a fresh application after the decision of the revision petition before the Hon'ble National Commission. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
