Counsel for the opposite party No.1 has filed application to dispose of the present complaint being infructuous one. Sh.Ravinder Pal Singh, complainant got recorded his statement that he withdraws the present complaint as he has received the claim amount by way of adjustment from claim No.660513 in which double payment was received by the complainant. Now being said amount of Rs.50000/- has been adjusted by the company, he withdraws the present complaint. Right of the company to get refund of Rs.50000/- in claim No.660513 also comes to an end. In view of the above statement, Sh.P.N.Khanna, Adv.counsel for the opposite party No.1 got recorded his statement that he has heard the statement got recorded by the complainant and same is admitted as correct. Present complaint may be dismissed as fully satisfied by way of adjustment. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
