The matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs. 36,000/- vide cheque no. 545495 dated 04.08.2023 drawn on Duetshe Bank has been handed over to the complainant on 25.08.2023 as full and final settlemen.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.  Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
