Today matter is listed for arguments on admission and complainant was directed to satisfy the Bench on territorial jurisdiction. However perusal of the record shows that Complainant is resident of Najafgarh and Policy issuing office is also at Najafgarh, however, this matter does not have territorial jurisdiction. Counsel for complainant states that he wants to withdraw this case with liberty to file the same before appropriate Court and Forum. Request allowed. Complainant is dismissed as withdrawn.
