Statement of Sh. Amit Goyal Counsel for opposite parties No. 1 & 2 recorded to the effect that the opposite parties No. 1 & 2 have decided to make the payment of Rs. 1,62,000/- to the complainant in full and final settlement of the claim in dispute in the present complaint. The Company shall make the above said payment to complainant within 30 days from today. On the other hand, statement of Sh. Sumant Goyal Counsel for complainant recorded to the effect that on behalf of complainant he agree with above said statement of Ld. Counsel for opposite parties No. 1 & 2 and he withdraw the present complaint in view of the above said statement of opposite parties No. 1 & 2 in full and final settlement of claim in question reserving his right and liberty to pursue the matter regarding revival and continuity of the policy in question. 

In view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties are bound by their statements. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
