Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 23.10.2020. Complainant is not appearing for past three dates of hearing i.e. 18.04.2022, 09.03.2023, and  25.10.2023. On the last date of hearing i.e. 25.10.2023 last opportunity was given to complainant to file rejoinder and evidence. However complainant but complainant failed to take steps in this regard. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
