Parties are present . A/dr has filed a petition stating there in that he has settled the case with Award Holder on total sum of Rs 50,000 and this amount will be full and final settlement amount . A/Hr has also agreed to the proposal given by the A/Dr and in further of demand made by the A/dr . A/hr has provided the canclled cheque and photocopy of passbook to be provide to the A/Dr for NEFT payment . Keep it with the record and provide the cancelled cheque and photocopy of passbook to the A/Dr on demand . Matter settle between the parties and sinally dispossed of .
