On perusal of file, it has come into notice of this Commission that F.A. No.A/80/2021 is pending for adjudication before Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Haryana, Panchkula wherein vide order dated 22.04.2021 Hon’ble State Commission has directed that, ‘In the meantime, operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed till further orders.’  Counsel for JD has placed on record a copy of order dated 31.08.2022 passed by Hon’ble State Consumer Commission whereby the appeal has been adjourned to 27.02.2023 for issuance of notice to respondent No.2. Interim order dated 22.04.2021 has been continued.  Accordingly, counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties requested for adjourning the present execution application sine die till the decision of the First Appeal.

                   Accordingly, the present execution application is ordered to be adjourned sine die till the decision of Hon’ble State Consumer Commission in FA No.A/80/2021. However, the execution application may be restored on receiving orders from the Hon’ble State Commission. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned, as per rules. File be consigned to records in due course with a red ink note that the record will not be destroyed as it may be restored at later stage.
