Case record taken up today for hearing. Complainant as well as Learned counsel for the O.P 2 is present other O.ps are remaining absent on call. In the mean time the complainant filed a memo stating therein that he does not want to proceed any more in this case as there is some fact mention in the petition are not correct.

Heard. It is found that the complainant has filed this memo with an intention to drop the complaint on his free will with any pressure and volunteers not to proceed anymore. Accordingly case is dismissed as withdrawn.
