Case record taken up for order. Perused the previous order and material available on record. It is found that it is found that the complainant is remaining absent consistently on the date fixed for hearing. Law is well settled that complainant is to prove the allegation made in his complaint. No cogent evidence is adduced by the complainant to substantiate his claim. We found no merit on the complaint. Hence, complaint is dismissed against the O.Ps on contest. However, no order as to cost.
