Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 02.02.2015. Complainant is not appearing for past several dates of hearings i.e. 07.01.2019, 18.07.2019, 09.01.2020, 25.01.2023 on and 14.09.2023. On the last date of hearing i.e. 14.09.2023 last and final opportunity was granted to complainant to address arguments. Today also complainant has not appeared. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant.
