It has been seen that no appearance has been entered by the complainant after 05.04.2023. Today is 3^th consecutive date on which Complainant is not present. Matter is at initial stage, in fact court notice was not issued till date. It seems that Complainant is not interested in contesting his matter. Commission is not inclined to accommodate complainant any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
