Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present.

The case is taken up for admission hearing.

The case of the complainant is that within the period of the insurance policy his vehicle met with an accident on 15.09.2020 for which he submitted clean with the opposite party.

It is further states that the third party insurance claimed have already been received by the complainant but till date his other claim of Rs. 5,00,000/- has not been disbursed by the opposite party/insurance company. Hence, this case.

The complainant has not averred neither filed any document showing that the opposite party has repudiated the claim of the complainant.

Therefore, there is no cause of action to file the case against the opposite party till date.

Hence, it is,

Ordered

     that the complaint case is not maintainable, as such dismissed but without cost.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
