On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that  Complainant has not addressed the argument on admission and complainant is also directed to incorporate annexures in the body of complaint chronologically from policy till repudiation and legal notice but till date not complied the order. The matter is still at admission stage. Today no appearance has been entered into by the complainant.  Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution & non-compliance. File be consigned to record room.
