ORDER

                    The counsel for the complainant and  ld.Counsel for OPs Nos.1 & 2 have stated that the parties have amicably settled the matter and as such given the following statements:

Statement of Sh.Sahil Abhi, Adv. for OPs No.1 & 2.

            The Company is ready to settle the dispute with the complainant for an amount of Rs.1,34,180/- towards full & final settlement, to be paid within 20 days from today/9.10.2019, failing which the company shall also pay penal amount of Rs.10,000/-  in addition to said settled amount.

Statement of Sh.Krishan Lal Saini, Adv. for complainant.

            I have read the above statement of ld.Counsel for OPs No.1 & 2 and accept the same.  Accordingly, I withdraw the present complaint being settled.

2]                     The ld.Counsel for OPs NO.1 & 2 has also placed on record the copy of email dated 5.10.2019 whereby the offer of Rs.1,34,180/- has been made by the company.

3]                     In view of the aforesaid statements, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall remain bound by their statements.  The complainant shall be at liberty to file execution in case OPs No.1 & 2 failed to make the agreed payment.  

                        Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned
