                   Mr. Sahil Abhi, counsel for opposite party.

                    Today, the case was fixed for filing reply to the application for dismissal of the complaint being time barred in law. But, again none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant. Learned counsel for opposite party has stated at Bar that nobody has appeared on behalf of complainant for the last nine dates of hearings

                   Record reveals that the present matter pertains to the year, 2019 but neither the complainant nor his counsel has appeared before this Commission for the last nine consecutive dates of hearing and all these opportunities happened to be effective ones after the Covid-19 era was over. Moreover, today again case was called several times since morning but none has bothered to appear on behalf of complainant before this Commission. It is already 2.00 P.M. It appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to records.
