TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited, Unit no.5, 2^nd floor, N.K.Tower, grand trunk road, Panipat, through its Branch Manager ( Insurer of Hero Motorcorp Splendor Motorcycle bearing registration no.HR-05BG-5250 vide policy no.3194917919/00000/00 valid from 25.06.2022 to 24.06.2027.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present: Sh. Randeep Singh, counsel for the complainant.

 

       Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered.

      At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on technical ground and sought permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law.     

              In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies thereof. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
