2. Tata AIG general insurance company limited, unit no.15, 2^nd floor, N.K.Tower, G.T.road, Panipat through its branch manager.
3. Amitdhara my hospital, ITI chowk, Kunjpura road, Karnal through its managing director/Superintendent.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint withdrawal the same.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
