2. Tata AIG General Insurance Co. Ltd., Registered Office Peninsula Business Park, Tower-A, 15^th floor, G.K.Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai-400013, through its MD/CEO/authorized signatory.
3. Canara Bank, Branch Office: Agri. Finance Branch # 87-88, Mahila Ashram Complex, Karnal through its Manager.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present: Sh. Harish Juneja, complainant in person alongwith Sh. Manoj Kumar, Advocate.

                Sh. Naveen Khetarpal, counsel for the OPs-1 & 2.

                       

               

                  Today the case is fixed for notice to the OPs. Power of attorney on behalf of the OPs-1 & 2 filed.

                 At this stage, complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs, so he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

                   In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
