At this stage, ld. counsel for the applicant/decree holder has made a following separate statement before this Commission:-

          “Stated that under the instructions of my client, I withdraw the present execution application and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.”

          In view of the statement made by ld. counsel for the applicant/decree holder, the present execution application stands dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room.
