This is a complaint filed under section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act,2019 alleging deficiency of service on the part of the opposite parties.
- The first opposite party has filed written version denying all the allegations and claims made in the complaint. The second opposite party was set exparte.
- Today the case is posted for the affidavit of the complainant as last chance. The complainant remained absent and there is no representation for him. The onus is on the complainant to prove the allegation of deficiency of service. The complainant is continuously absent and it appears that he is not interested in pursuing the matter. The allegations are not proved.
In the result, the complaint is dismissed. No order as to costs.
