Present: None for complainant

Since morning despite repeated calls none appeared on behalf of complainant. Perusal of the record shows that neither the complainant nor the OP resides or work for gain within the territorial jurisdiction and no cause of action accrued within the territorial jurisdiction of this Commission, hence, we are of the considered opinion that this Commission has no territorial jurisdiction to entertain and adjudicate the present complaint.

The present complaint therefore return to the complainant for filing before appropriate court/commission as per law.

File be consigned to record room.
