Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 21.09.2020. Complainant is not appearing for past two dates of hearing 02.05.2023 and 05.10.2023. On the last second date of hearing i.e. 05.10.2023 last and final opportunity was given to complainant to file Rejoinder / Evidence. However complainant has taken no steps in this regard. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
