Present complainant in personandSh. Indrajeet, Counsel for OP and filed compromise dated 14.12.2019 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP has given a cheque bearing no.516600 for a sum of Rs.3,20,000/- to the complainant as full & final settlement. The complainant has received above said cheque from OP and stated that he is fully satisfied and no other grievance is left.

In view of the above, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
