This Revision Petition has been filed with a delay of 274 days, which is over and above the statutory period of 90 days given for filing the Revision Petition.  Under the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer fora are supposed to decide the complaint within a period of 90 days from the date of its filing and, in case, some evidence is required to be led, then within 150 days.  Delay of 274 days cannot condoned without showing sufficient cause. 

                We have gone through the application for condonation of delay.  We are not satisfied with the cause shown.  Dismissed on the ground of delay.
