Mrs. Amita Gupta, Counsel for the complainant seeks to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file the same before the State Commission as the total claim made in the complaint is less than the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Commission. The complainant as such is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the complainant to file the complaint before the appropriate forum. On request of counsel for the complainant, we direct the Registry to return the original paper-book and also to refund amount of Rs.5,000/- deposited at the time of filing of the complaint.
