         Ld. Counsel for the complainant-DH has made a statement that he has received the cheque no. 862076 dated 17.01.2018 worth Rs. 7 lakh from the respondent and now nothing is due towards the respondent-JD. Thus, he does not want to continue with the present execution petition and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.

         Keeping in view the statement made by the ld. Counsel for the complainant-DH, the present execution petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
