          Sh.Gulshan Chawla  Advocate for opposite JD.

                   In the present case execution was filed on 08.10.2020. Calculation also placed on record by the DH. The reply of calculation sheet submitted by the respondent/JD on dated 15.09.2021. As per JD the DH has not completed the required formalities as ordered by this Commission vide order dated 21.12.2016. The calculation is also mentioned in the reply. As per JD the interest has been counted from 30.09.2014 to 10.09.2017 as the DH has not submitted the required and requisite documents before the office of JD. Some mails have been attached with the reply. We have also perused an application placed on record  by the DH. The bare perusal of this application itself shows that the documents have been submitted by the DH on dated 25.09.2020. The JD has handed over a cheque amounting to Rs.742570/- to the DH on dated 22.12.2020.

                   In our view the required formalities have not been completed by the DH well within time as directed by this Commission. Hence the execution is properly satisfied by the JD. As such DH is not entitled to any further interest or relief. Execution is disposed of accordingly. Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
