ORDER

     At the time of arguments, counsel for OP stated that claim of the complainant was closed because untraced report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. only attested by SHO and did not by Magistrate. We direct the OP to decide the claim of the complainant on the basis of untraced report submitted by complainant, copy of which is also annexed with the replication, within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With this observation, the present consumer complaint is disposed off. Liberty is given to the complainant if he is not satisfied with the decision of the insurance company, he shall file the complaint again, as permissible under the law.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
