This is an old appeal filed by the complainant of 2007.  Appellant has not coming since filing of the appeal.  We have sent notice to the appellant by registered post acknowledgement due.  Notice has been received, but still none is appearing for the appellant.  Hence, we pass the following order :-

1.       Appeal stands dismissed for default.

2.       No order as to costs.

3.       Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
