Against the impugned order passed by the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Ahmedabad Rural, District Ahmedabad in Old Complaint No. 705/2009 and New Complaint No. 241/2011, Appellant instead of filing the appeal before the State Commission filed the appeal before this Commission by mistake. Petitioner has filed the present application seeking withdrawal of this appeal which was filed by mistake in this Commission with permission to file an appeal before the State Commission. Dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is reserved with the Appellant to file an appeal before the State Commission along-with an application seeking condonation of delay on the ground that the appellant was pursuing its remedy before a wrong forum.
