Record is put up today by a petition filed by the complainant on 03.05.2023.

 Ld. Advocate for complainant is present.  Ld. Advocate for the OPs is present with authorized person of the OP Company. 

It appears that a petition was moved and filed by the complainant on 03.05.2023 stating therein that the parties of the case have reached an amicable settlement wherein the OP has agreed to settle the Consumer Complaint for an amount of Rs.3,60,000/- towards full and final settlement and complainant had duly agreed to such proposal of the OPs with the prayer for disposal of the matter. Copy of the petition was shown to the Ld. Advocate for the OPs. 

Perused the petition.  Heard considered. 

Prayer of the complainant is allowed.

It reveals that the matter in dispute in between the parties has been settled amicably out of this Commission.

Hence, the Consumer Complaint being No. 375/2021 is disposed of on settlement.

Record of the case need not be placed in Ejlash on 12.05.2023.
