12-10-2018 .              Ld. Advocate for the OP1 is present. Complainant is absent without taking any step though today is fixed for filing Examination-in-Chief by the complainant subject to furnishing Medical document.  Neither the complainant files Examination-in-Chief in the form of affidavit nor files any medical documents in terms of order dated 12-09-2018.  There is also no prayer on the part of the complainant for extension of time to file Examination-in-Chief as well as medical document.  In view of the above aspect, we are of the opinion that the complainant is not willing to proceed the instant complaint case any further.;  As such, the complaint case is liable to be dismissed. 

                                    Hence,

Ordered

That the complaint case be and the same is dismissed for default but without any cost.
