ORDER

1.   Office report seen. Heard. Be registered. The present miscellaneous application has been filed on behalf of applicant/OP for depositing the amount in compliance with the order dated 20.02.2024 passed by the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T. Chandigarh in First Appeal No.75 of 2024 titled ‘TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited vs. Hardeep Singh’

2.   Vide order dated 20.02.2024 passed by the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T. Chandigarh in First Appeal No.75 of 2024, the impugned order has been stayed, subject to the appellant(TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited) depositing the entire amount awarded by the District Commission below (up-to-date) minus the amount already deposited at the time of filing the appeal, with the District Commission below. The cheque of Rs.12,00,566/-, vide cheque No.551153 dated 28.02.2024 drawn on Deutsche Bank in favour of President District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission UT Chandigarh filed alongwith application, is ordered to be deposited in the official account of this Commission and then amount be kept in fixed deposit receipt initially for a period of six months. The present miscellaneous application stands disposed of accordingly and it be tagged with the main file. A copy of this order be also placed on record the execution application file.
