Complainants are present with Ld. Advocate.
Joint petition filed by the parties for full & final settlement in terms of the said letter.
Heard the complainants and their Ld. Advocate as well as Ld. Advocate of O.P/insurer.
Perused the compromise petition & we are of the view that the compromise is bonafide one to be settle in full & final on payment of Rs.15,00,000/-, as agreed.
Hence it is

that Case No:C.C-35/2024 be and the same is allowed in terms of amicable settlement letter dated 18/09/2024.
We do direct the O.P/TATA AIG General Insurance Co. Ltd to pay Rs.15,00,000/- as full & final settlement, through 02 A/c payee Cheques, One for Rs.3,75,000/- in the name of Petitioner No:4/Bidhuka Barman & rest Rs.11,25,000/- in the name of Petitioner No:1/Arati Barman for self and on behalf of her two minor children i.e Petitioner No:2&3, within 01 month from this day, failing which the petitioners will be at liberty to take appropriate measures.
