                   File taken up today on filing of an application, by the DH/complainant, for pre-ponement and withdrawal of the case. DH/complainant suffered a statement, which is recorded separately to the effect that he has received a cheque of Rs.20,020/-, bearing No.536258 dated 05.07.2022 from the JDs, in compliance of order under execution. Now nothing remains due, towards the JDs/OPs. As such, he withdraws the present execution application, being fully satisfied. Copy of the cheque placed on file.

                   In view of the statement of the DH/complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.
