Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 20.07.2015. Complainant is not appearing for past three consecutive dates of hearing i.e. 31.03.2022, 27.02.2023 and 19.09.2023. On the last date of hearing i.e. 19.09.2023 last and final opportunity was granted to complainant to address arguments. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
