It is submitted by ld. Counsel for JD that JD had already complied the order and paid a sum of Rs. 8 Lakhs to the complaiannt on 28.07.2020. He has placed on record copy of email received from OP company. Perusal of the record shows that since 11.07.2019 none appeared on behalf of complainant. It seems that the complaiannt had already received the payment as such not appearing before this Commission.

In view of the abvoe fact and circumstances the present execution petititon stands disposed off.

File be consigned to record room.
