In view of the reasons mentioned in the application moved by the applicant/complainant is already disposed of. So, the said application of the applicant/complainant became infructuous. The said application is ordered to be attached with the main file.

Since the application moved by the complainant/applicant has been allowed but the summons/directions were not issued to the telecom companies. I have written a detailed order on dated 20.6.2024 in this regard. The application have not become infructuous since the complainant has not apprised the Commission that the record has already been procured by  the complainant. Only in that circumstances the application would become infructuous. As the application has been allowed so it cannot become infructuous. Further the information for summoning prayed in the application from the telecom companies still to be received by the Commission.
