ORDER

                    Sh. Mohinder Singh, complainant No.1 has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “Due to technical defect, I do not press this complaint at this stage. It be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainants reserve their right to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removal of the technical defect”.

                   In view of the above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate Authority/ Court/ Forum/ Commission, as per law.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
