This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.1986.

The complainant counsel present and field memo of settlement stating that both the parties have arrived settlement out of the Forum and the opposite parties also paid a sum of Rs.2,68,368.93/- through NEFT transfer on 11.05.2018 to the complainant account and the same has been received by him and prays to dismiss the complaint as settled out of the Forum.

The  memo is recorded. In view of the settlement arrived between the parties as above, the complaint is dismissed as settled out of the Forum. No costs.
