                 On the basis of even dated joint application filed by the parties, case file taken up on today.  Counsel for opponents suffered his separate statement, stating the opponents have agreed to pay Rs.50000/- (Rs.Fifty Thousand Only) lump sum to the complainant as full and final settlement of the matter and pay the award amount within the period of 40 days.  On the another hand, counsel for complainant also suffered his separate statement agreeing to the amount offered by the opponents and prayed for disposal of the complaint.

              In view of the statements of the counsel for the parties, without making any adverse comments on the act and conduct of the opponents, as the matter has amicably been settled between the parties, the complaint is partly accepted, against the opponents holding the opponents jointly and severally liable to make the payment of Rs.50000/- within the period of 40 days from today, in default of it, the opponents shall be liable to pay simple interest @8% p.a. on the amount of Rs.50000/- from the date of order till actual realization. File be consigned to the records.
