Final Order / Judgement | C.C.20/2022 The Complainants/Petitioners have filed a Memo praying for withdrawal of the complaint petition with a liberty to file the case before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Cuttack as in the present case the consideration amount paid by Complainant is only Rs.45,430/-. We have heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Complainants/Petitioners and Mr. S.K.Nanda on behalf of the Opposite Parties. Taking into consideration the submission of both the Parties and the memo filed on behalf of Complainants, we allow the Complainants/Petitioners to withdraw the present Consumer Complaint from this State Commission with a liberty to file the Consumer Complaint before District Consumer Commission, Cuttack within one month From the date of receipt of this Order. We make it clear that if the Complainants files the consumer complaint within 30 days of receipt of this order before the learned District Consumer Commission, Cuttack, then learned District Commission shall do well to dispose of the complaint case within 90 days of filing of the complaint petition giving due opportunity to OPs to file their respective versions, evidence on affidavit and giving opportunity of hearing to all the Parties. | |
